Our Mission

Kindred Parks and Recreation's mission is to provide places and recreation opportunities for all people of the community to gather, celebrate, and engage in activities that promote health and well-being.

March and April

Events

Due to no travel advised warnings issued for Cass County, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Donut Ball. We will work to secure a new date for the event and communicate that out via email, Facebook, and our website. If the new date and time that we secure no longer works for you, we will issue the credit to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Join us on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 and gather in the city park (weather permitting) to collect your Easter eggs, explore our Easter-themed stations, and meet the Easter Bunny! Don't forget to bring your basket! It is sure to be a great time with family and friends!

Touch a Truck offers children an up-close, hands-on opportunity to explore heavy machinery, safety vehicles, and other cool trucks, as well as ask questions of the people who operate these machines. Don't miss out on the fun. Bring the whole family to the high school parking lot. We will be serving up fun and free hot dogs, chips, and drinks! Join us at the Kindred High School on Wednesday, April 10th from 5:00-7:00.
