What equipment is required?

All participants need their own glove, helmet, water bottle and must wear rubber-spike shoes. Other required equipment includes black softball pants, blue/black softball socks. All other game and practice equipment will be provided by the Park Board.

What does concession buy-out look like?

Parents/guardians are required to volunteer or complete the concession buy-out for the season (one volunteer night or buy-out/family). This helps keeps registration costs low and ensures we have the needed funds to purchase safety equipment and hire qualities officials for games.

What does softball fundraising fee look like?

$50 Fundraising Fee--Kindred Parks uses this fundraiser as a way to keep participation in our program affordable by allowing players to sell five raffle tickets as part of their fee. Players have the option of selling the raffle tickets or keeping them for themselves. Players will receive a set of five raffle tickets directly from their coaches at the start of the season each valued at $10. Raffle tickets will be collected by June 30th and tickets will be drawn daily during the month of July with a new winner receiving a cash prize each day.
